Note:
60-90-minute sessions are recommended for EMDR therapy to allow for the evidenced-based application of the 8-Phase EMDR Protocol. As such, I am not able to provide EMDR for 30-minute sessions. Couples and parent-child therapy (offered on a consultation basis) require 60-minute sessions, as there are more participants and perspectives at play. 30-minute sessions can be beneficial for children/youth, or as a check-in/brief session for folks.

Fees can be paid by bank e-transfer, or credit card and are due by the end of the session.
Services provided by a Registered Social Worker are often covered by work benefits/extended health care plans, and university health plans. Please check with your provider for more information. See if you are covered for a "Registered Social Worker," "Social Worker," or someone with a "Master of Social Work" (MSW) degree. You can also claim fees as a medical tax deduction. I am registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers.
Cancellation Fees
Please advise if you need to cancel appointments, as others may be on a wait list for service. The full session fee will be charged for missed or cancelled appointments without 24-hours notice.
